Tiffany Mack Mohammed
In recognition of her dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion, she was honored as a DEI Champion Awardee by the National Diversity Council in 2021. Additionally, she holds certifications in Workplace Mediation, Conflict Resolution Training, and Workplace Investigation, leveraging her expertise to help leaders engage, support, and empower their teams effectively.
Beyond her corporate career, Tiffany is an adjunct professor at the University of Hartford, where she teaches Leadership Theory at the graduate level. She finds great fulfillment in mentoring and guiding emerging HR and I/O Psychology students.
A dedicated wife and mother, Tiffany resides in Bloomfield, CT with her husband, Omar, their two children, Micah and Maxwell, and their beloved pup, Amayah.

Tiffany Mack Mohammed is a seasoned Human Resources professional, educator, and community leader with a passion for mentorship, leadership development, and advocacy. With over 20 years of experience in HR, she has worked across healthcare, media/entertainment, and financial services, and currently serves as an HR Manager at The Walt Disney Company.
A Hartford, Connecticut native, Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science from Hampton University and an MBA with a focus on Management from the University of Hartford. She is a certified Senior HR Professional (SHRM-SCP) and actively contributes to the field as a former board member and Director of Young Professionals for her local SHRM chapter.
