Growing up, she was always captivated by stories. From the fairy tales she heard as a child to the business case studies in her Master's program, she has always known that storytelling has the power to change lives. But little did she know, her own life would be her most impactful story.
Finding Her Own Voice
Tamara started as an aspiring author, armed with passion but weighed down by doubts and fears. It took her 10 years to publish her first book. She wondered……Was her story worth telling? Could she even make a living doing what she love? It was then that she realized her first book, "#GoalGetter: Strategies for Overcoming Life’s Challenges," could not only give voice to her journey but also empower others to confront their challenges head-on.
Turning the Page: Her Business Journey
As she penned down her fears, aspirations, and experiences, the author in Tamara gave birth to an entrepreneur. She founded TM Davis Enterprise LLC, with a simple yet profound mission: to train and empower aspiring authors, leaders, and entrepreneurs to bring their book and business visions to life through storytelling. And guess what? The marketplace responded! To date, Tamara has worked with over 70+ authors and countless business leaders later to transform their dreams into bestsellers, speeches, awards, and thriving businesses.

Tamara hosts an annual “Pen to Profit” Conference for authors, coaches and entrepreneurs to learn, connect, engage and grow their book and business practice. She also presents at conferences and other speaking engagements using her life experiences as the platform to shift one’s mindset, motivating them to be their best self.
